The Family Program provides comprehensive services to families to reduce risk of harm. Services include:
Complex case management
Counselling : Individual, sibling, and family (where it is safe to do so)
Assessments- risk, child development, lethality
Groups- for both parents and children
- Groups for women and parents
- Groups for children under 5 and for school-aged children
- Facilitated Occasional care for children under 5 years

Transport
Home Visiting
School Holiday program
Facilitated contact sessions for parents with children who are in out-of-home care
Advocacy
Referral
Supported play sessions
Court Support- AVO matters and Victims Compensation Tribunal
Regular reviews are conducted to record each family’s progress, to document changes and developments and to determine new goals and directions for future program involvement.
