The Family Program works with children and their families to:
- Prevent child abuse, neglect and family breakdown
- Avert the need for children to be placed in care
- Support restoration of children who have been removed from their families (where appropriate)
We also work with kinship carers to support and assist in the long term and permanent placements of children, and in their journey of healing the experiences of violence, abuse and neglect.
